How is Wispa Pie Made?
We can tell you, but we’ll have to ‘Wispa’ our technique into your ear because it’s a secret (we’re not apologising for that pun!)
A Wispa pie is put together in a similar way to our brookies. We create a batter consisting of chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a hint of vanilla flavouring. Then we add plenty of Wispa pieces and a generous amount of chocolate spread for a dessert that can’t be matched.
What Ingredients Go Into Our Wispa Pie?
We only use quality ingredients for our Wispa pie. Where possible, our sweet treats are baked with locally sourced, organic ingredients to help us capture that special Buzzy Bee Bakery taste.

- Dark chocolate
- Milk chocolate
- White chocolate
- (cocoa mass - Sugar - Cocoa butter - Emulsifier: soy lecithin (E22) - Natural vanilla flavouring)
- Unsalted butter
- Caster sugar
- Light brown sugar
- Dark brown sugar
- Organic free range eggs
- Plain flour
- Cocoa powder
- Sea salt
- Chocolate chunks
- Baking powder
- Golden syrup
- Bananas
Allergy Advice for Wispa Pie
Our Wispa pie contains: gluten, eggs and milk.
We take great care to ensure our Wispa pies are baked in a safe environment to limit the risk of allergic reactions. All of our treats are made in an environment where the following ingredients are frequently used:

- Soya
- Gluten
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of these allergens.
