Buzzy Bee Banana Bread method
Below you will find the recipe and ingredient list to make our famous signature Banana Bread...
  1. Plain Flour 370g
  2. Brown Sugar 300g
  3. Baking Powder 5g
  4. Bicarbonate of Soda 5g
  5. Salt 2.5g
  6. Cinnamon 2.5g
  7. Whole Milk 175ml
  8. Melted Butter 125g
  9. 3 Eggs
  10. 3 to 4 Mashed Banana
  11. Chocolate Chips 200g
  12. Biscoff and Nuttella spread optional
  1. Line your tin with baking paper (you can use a range of tin sizes)
  2. Pre heat oven 160 degrees
  3. Measure out all of your dry ingredients straight into your stand mixer, or you can use a bowl & spoon
  4. Start pouring your milk into your dry ingredients & keep mixing or you will get lumps! And no one wants a lumpy anything!
  5. Once that has done scrape around the sides and bottom to make sure there are no sneaky dry bits
  6. Pour in your mashed banana again mixy mix - another quick scape
  7. Add in your eggs - mix
  8. Pour in your melted butter- mix and a final scrape
  9. Now add in your chocolate chips or nuts. Or just leave it plain.
  10. Pour into your tin
  11. Now in the shop we add big teaspoons of Nutella all over the top and then give them a little swirl into it - you can leave these out if your heart desires
  12. Bake for 50 minutes
  13. When out of the oven and cool, you can then top it with some Biscoff :) or chocolate frosting or enjoy it plain
