Delivery policy

Please allow up to 1- 2 working days for your order to arrive after it's been shipped 

• Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a time slot from DHL and your parcel will aim to arrive arrive in 1-2 days*
• All our boxes go out every Wednesday unless there is a Bank Holiday effecting delivery days
• All boxes are sent with the courier DHL you'll receive tracking from them and here you'll be able to update where your parcel is left
• If you'd like to order a large amount, please contact us to discuss other shipping options 

• Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery on specific days. If looking to order for a special occasion, please keep this in mind.
• We ship all across the UK 
• It is your responsibility to check the tracking and the hour time slot to receive your order. 

 * Unless your ordering from Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man and North Scotland this will take 2 days
