Given the perishable nature of our items, we aren’t able to accept returns. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email lydia@buzzybeebakery.co.uk and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.

By placing a cake order you agree to the terms below:

If a problem occurs with your cake please contact us straight away and we will do our best to fix the problem, any issues reported after 3 days we will only be able to give a partial refund of maximum 50%
