Temporary Bakery Assistant
Location: Wilmslow
Contract: Temporary (Immediate Start – End of December)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Temporary Bakery Assistant to join our busy bakery team until the end of December. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality bakes.
Key Responsibilities
- Making brownies and blondies.
- Preparing cookie dough from scratch.
- Rolling, filling and shaping large quantities of cookies.
- Assisting with general food preparation.
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Keeping the bakery organised, tidy and well stocked.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Supporting the team wherever needed during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
- Good attention to detail and consistency.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Previous kitchen or bakery experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
