We have given the classic Bakewell tart a well deserved makeover and of course added our own spin and created the Bakewell Brookie.

How are Bakewell Brookies Made?

The perfect Bakewell brookie can only be found in one place; the Buzzy Bee Bakery. Take a look at our tried-and-tested technique.

To start, we create the decadent blondie base with chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a hint of vanilla flavouring. Then, we make the cookie dough which is full of Glace cherries and butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe.

Then, the pièce de résistance. We add a white chocolate almond spread to the mix to create a brookie with a distinctive crunch and flavour.
