We’ve dyed the caramel blood-red for a spooky twist and topped it all with a chocolate bat. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, salty and scarily indulgent in every bite!
How are our Brookies made?
We make our cookie dough with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and plenty of chocolate chips, then combine it with rich chocolate brownie and our homemade salted caramel. The caramel is dyed red to resemble blood, and a chocolate bat adds the finishing Halloween touch! 🎃
