To start, we create the decadent blondie base with chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a dash of vanilla. Then, we make the cookie dough with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe and good helping of cinnamon powder.
Then, the pièce de résistance. We add homemade cinnamon & white chocolate spread to the mix to create a brookie with a distinctive crunch and flavour.
