Meet our new Neapolitan Brookie– inspired by the classic trio of flavours, but taken to the next level.

Our soft and buttery vanilla cookie dough is loaded with milk, white and dark chocolate chips, then filled with a cube of our rich, fudgy brownie and a smooth dark chocolate ganache. To top it off, they are piped full of a sweet, creamy strawberry white chocolate filling that oozes with every bite. They are topped with a slice of freeze dried strawberry.

The perfect balance of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, this cookie is nostalgic, indulgent and guaranteed to satisfy every sweet craving.

How are Neapolitan Brookies Made?

We create our cookie dough batter with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe. Then, we add our delicious brownie, and fill with dark chocolate ganache and strawberry white choc ganache.
