If there’s any taste combination that always works a treat, it’s the beautiful blend of sumptuous dark chocolate and zesty orange. Soft brownie, delicious cookie dough and flavours that dance on your pallet. What more could anyone want?

How are Dark Chocolate & Orange Brookies Made?

Would you be mad if we said the secret ingredient was love? Well, we do love what we do, so that is a key element. But having our brookie baking technique down to a T is the big thing.

To start, we create the decadent brownie base with chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a hint of vanilla flavouring. Then, we make the cookie dough with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe.

Then we add the star attraction. Plenty of orange zest in our rich dark chocolate ganache, topped with a Terry's chocolate orange piece.
