How are Bakewell Brookies Made?

To start, we create the decadent blondie base with chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a hint of vanilla flavouring. Then, we make the cookie dough which is full of Glace cherries and butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe.
Then, the pièce de résistance. We add a white chocolate almond spread to the mix to create a brookie with a distinctive crunch and flavour.
