Ever wanted a brookie then realised what you really wanted was a much bigger version? Well, we’ve got you covered with our giant brookie pies. These can serve up to eight people, but we fully understand if you’d rather have the whole thing to yourself.

How are Giant Brookie Pies Made?

Giant brookie pies are made by sellotaping several smaller brookie pies together. Just kidding! But the process for making a brookie and a brookie pie is pretty similar. To start, we create the decadent brownie base with chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a hint of vanilla flavouring. Then, we make the cookie dough with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe.

We can make these in any flavour you like, so let us know if you would prefer one of our pre-selected flavours, or if you’re looking for something more specific to your tastes.

We take great care to ensure our giant brookie pies are baked in a safe environment to limit the risk of allergic reactions. All of our treats are made in an environment where the following ingredients are frequently used:

Delivery Information

Our brookie pies are made to order, so we will need to know in advance how we can help. All of our treats are delivered straight to your front door, and our pies go on sale every Thursday and are sent out the following Wednesday. If a collection is preferred, our shop is based at 3 Hawthorn Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire and we're open Thursday–Sunday.
