How are Mini Love Brookie Pies Made?
Mini Love Brookie pies are made by sellotaping several smaller brookie pies together. Just kidding! But the process for making a brookie and a brookie pie is pretty similar. To start, we create the decadent brownie base with chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a hint of vanilla flavouring. Then, we make the cookie dough with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe.
We can make these in any flavour you like, so let us know if you would prefer one of our pre-selected flavours, or if you’re looking for something more specific to your tastes.

Delivery Information
Our brookie pies are made to order, so we will need to know in advance how we can help. All of our treats are delivered straight to your front door, and our pies go on sale every Thursday and are sent out the following Wednesday. If a collection is preferred, our shop is based at 3 Hawthorn Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire and we're open Thursday–Sunday.
