To start, we create the decadent blondie base with chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a hint of vanilla flavouring. Then, we make the cookie dough which is made from butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe.
Then, the pièce de résistance. We add a white chocolate spread and some homemade jam to the centre along with a whole Jammie Dodger to create a brookie with a distinctive crunch and flavour.
